Chair
The face of the chapter and the only official spokesperson. Sets the calendar, opens each event, and grooms a successor from month one.
Vice Chair
Runs programming and steps in for the Chair. Owns the monthly happy hour and keeps the calendar on schedule.
Secretary
Keeps the roster, the minutes, and the member follow-up. Makes sure every new member gets a call within a week.
Treasurer
Handles dues, the event budget, and the books. Small numbers, done cleanly, build the trust everything else rests on.

Membership
Recruiting, welcoming, and the personal follow-up call that doubles first-year retention.
Events

Committee chairs are where officers come from. Founding members get first pick.
A standard set on night one.
One bad screenshot can undo a year of work. So the conduct standard is written down at the first meeting, the group chats stay clean, and the Chair is the only spokesperson. We keep it classy, and we keep it Broomfield.
We program around national politics, not through it. Leading with the loudest national fights repels the cautious newcomer and is the most common way a chapter dies. We lead with our own city.
And we build for balance by design. A chapter that tips heavily one way, in gender or in clique, loses people it can't easily win back. The founding group and every committee are built to be places anyone in the room feels at home.

You get a personal ten-minute call within a week and a founding member as your guide for the first six months.
Committee member
You join one of the five committees and start owning a piece of the work.

You lead a committee, which is the training ground for every officer role.

You stand for an officer seat, and one day hand the gavel to the person you groomed.

The chapter is sponsored by the Broomfield County Republicans, so the path from Young Republican to precinct captain, ward captain, candidate, or county officer is short and real. Many of Colorado's conservative leaders started exactly here.
The county party is our advantage. We are not asking permission to matter. We are the pipeline.
